Policy Summary

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for premium subscriptions.

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Free Caller ID Name ("we," "our," or "us") may provide refunds for purchases of premium subscriptions. By purchasing a premium subscription, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

2. No Refunds

All purchases of premium subscriptions are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for:

  • Subscription payments, whether annual or monthly
  • Partial subscription periods
  • Unused portions of subscriptions after cancellation
  • Subscriptions purchased by mistake
  • Dissatisfaction with the premium features

Once a payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded, regardless of whether you use the premium features or not.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew.

Canceling your subscription will not result in a refund for any portion of the current billing period, but you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of that period.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, we may consider providing a refund or credit in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Technical issues that prevent access to premium features for an extended period
  • Discontinuation of a significant premium feature that was advertised at the time of subscription
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized charges

Any refund or credit in such cases will be provided at our sole discretion and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. How to Request an Exception

If you believe your situation qualifies for an exceptional refund consideration, please contact our support team at support@freecalleridname.com with the following information:

  • Your account username or email address
  • Date of the subscription purchase
  • Detailed explanation of the exceptional circumstances
  • Any relevant supporting evidence

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee a refund will be issued.

6. Automatic Renewal

Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to these automatic renewals.

We will notify you before each renewal. If you wish to cancel to prevent renewal, you must do so before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period.

7. Payment Provider Policies

For payments processed through third-party payment providers (such as Stripe, PayPal, or Apple), their respective refund policies may also apply. Please note that even if a payment provider allows for refunds, our no-refund policy still applies unless an exception is granted.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. If we make changes, we will post the updated policy on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
