5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide and that any payment information you provide is true and accurate.

If we are unable to charge your payment method for any reason, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to premium features.

We may change our subscription fees from time to time. Any changes to the fees will take effect at the start of the next subscription period. We will provide you with reasonable notice before any fee changes take effect.

6. Refunds

All payments for premium subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, cancellations, or if you decide you no longer want to use our premium services.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If your account is terminated, we may delete any content or data associated with your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Free Caller ID Name, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects in the Services will be corrected.
